Shipping policy
All orders ship from our workshop in Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona), Spain.
We prepare your order within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. When the parcel leaves, you get an email with the carrier's tracking number.
Cost and delivery time
- Spain: free shipping. Delivery in 1–4 business days.
- Rest of the world: €40 shipping. Delivery in 5–12 business days.
The exact cost of your order is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
We ship with FedEx and DHL. Kronoset PRO scoreboards carry a lithium battery, so they travel by Priority service: it is a carrier requirement, not our choice.
Customs and import taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and import VAT in the destination country are not included in the price on this page. They are collected by customs or by the carrier when the parcel is delivered, and they are paid by whoever receives the order.
We say it upfront here because it is the surprise that annoys people most when it arrives: the amount depends on your country, and we neither set it nor collect it.
Within the European Union there are no customs or formalities: the price you see is the price you pay.
If your country does not appear at checkout
Right now the store does not cover every country. If yours does not appear in the drop-down, email us at info@kronoset.com with the model, the quantity and the delivery address: we prepare the order outside the website, with a fixed shipping price and a payment link.
Large orders and clubs
From ten units we work with volume pricing and, usually, with collection from our warehouse by your own carrier, which tends to work out much cheaper than our rate. Email us at info@kronoset.com and we will look at it.
If something goes wrong
If the parcel arrives damaged, does not arrive, or the tracking stops moving, email us at info@kronoset.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
