Shipping, customs and warranty
Delivery times
Orders ship from our warehouse in Spain and usually arrive within 2 to 7 working days, both domestically and abroad. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Shipping costs
- Spain: free shipping, no minimum order.
- Everywhere else: €40, a single flat rate whatever you order.
Customs duty and import taxes
If you're ordering from outside the European Union, your country's customs may charge import duty or VAT when the parcel arrives.
Those charges are collected by your own tax authority rather than by us, which is why they aren't included in the price or in the €40 shipping. They vary by country and order value, so we can't calculate them in advance.

Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Email info@kronoset.com and we'll send you the instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We don't issue prepaid return labels, and the parcel needs to reach our warehouse in Barcelona.
This doesn't apply if the product arrives faulty or damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item — in those cases we cover the return ourselves. Just let us know as soon as you open the parcel.

Warranty
Every Kronoset scoreboard comes with a 3-year warranty. If anything goes wrong with the product, email info@kronoset.com and we'll sort it out.
