Can I use Kronoset on outdoor courts?

Kronoset can be used on outdoor courts thanks to its high brightness, which ensures good visibility even in full daylight. However, it is important to note that it is not waterproof and must be installed on a glass wall, as it attaches with a suction cup.

What’s included in the box and the price?

The box contains the Kronoset device (with a suction cup mount, a battery holder and a USB-C cable) and a carrying bag.

Does it come with just one scoreboard or do I need to buy two?

You only need one scoreboard per court. Kronoset includes two sensors —one for the red team and one for the blue team— so only one of the pairs needs to bring their padel racket close to the sensor of the team that just scored the point.

How long does shipping usually take? When will I receive my order?

Shipping within Spain usually takes between 3 and 5 business days, while international deliveries may take between 5 and 12 business days.

What type of battery does Kronoset need? Is it included?

No, the battery is not included.

Kronoset works with an external Power Bank type battery of 10,000 mAh with a USB-C 5V/3A output (the same type typically used to charge a mobile phone).
